Statement Summary
Modern slavery includes slavery, forced or compulsory labor, and human trafficking. X3 Digital is committed to operating ethically, with integrity and transparency, and to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chain, to the extent applicable.

Our Commitment
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We expect the same standards from our suppliers, subcontractors, partners, and any third parties that support our operations.

Risk Management and Due Diligence
We assess reasonable risks based on the nature of services provided, vendor type, and geography, and we may request confirmations of compliance where appropriate. We reserve the right to terminate vendor relationships and/or services if we identify non-compliance or credible risk that cannot be reasonably remediated.

Vendor Expectations
We expect vendors and subcontractors to:

  • Comply with applicable labor, employment, health/safety, and human-rights laws
  • Maintain policies and procedures that prohibit forced labor and human trafficking
  • Flow down these expectations to their own subcontractors where relevant

X3 reserves the right to conduct reasonable due diligence inquiries and request certifications of compliance from vendors. Failure to provide reasonable assurance may result in termination.

Training and Awareness
We promote awareness of modern slavery risk and encourage reporting of concerns. Where reasonable for our size and operations, we incorporate these expectations into onboarding, vendor review, and compliance communications.
